Investment Banking Associate -
Industrials M&A Location:
Houston, TX We are working with a highly regarded investment banking platform to identify an Investment Banking Associate to join their Industrials team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading Industrial M&A teams in the U.S., with exposure to strong deal flow, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to make a real impact on a lean, execution‑focused team.
Responsibilities:
Support end‑to‑end execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions Build and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses Prepare pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and buyer outreach materials Coordinate due diligence processes and interact closely with senior bankers, clients, and external advisors Play an active role across multiple live transactions in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications:
Prior investment banking experience with significant M&A deal exposure Background in Industrials and/or Industrial Services is preferred Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Based in Houston or willing to relocate This role offers strong visibility, hands‑on deal experience, and the chance to grow alongside a well‑established Industrials platform with consistent transaction volume.
