Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 2) for a contract opportunity in San Antonio, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
  • Position requires 3+ years of experience utilizing critical problem solving, working issues and developing procedures
  • Position requires 3+ years of experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems and reading technical data
  • Position requires 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing maintenance and or modification of aircraft.
  • Position requires the ability to work any shift
  • Position requires Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including to create power point presentations and manipulate data in excel
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraint that arise daily
  • Lead and Collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Conduct research to obtain constraint knowledge including parts and engineering details in order to track, status and resolve constraints
  • Investigate and research future schedule to proactively identify constraints, attend line by line review meetings to communicate status
  • Required to attend and or Lead Tier meetings
  • Utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system for purpose of tracking constraints
  • Assist with development and implementing process and procedures of site
  • Creating and presenting project proposals to Senior Leadership and to mechanic level
  • Assist mechanics with specs and DWG understanding
  • Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools
  • Work with less knowledgeable mechanics and team mates to coach on processes and build knowledge and skills
  • Assist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions
  • Foster the values of speak, seek and listen to communicate emotional intelligence and with customer service mentality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(DESIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
  • Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM (Non-Conformance System, Ship Side Action Tracker software applications
  • Current US security clearance at the secret level or higher; Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) is ideal and the ability to obtain a Yankee White Clearance
  • An active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
  • Leadership Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Previous Line Side Control Center experience
  • Experience with Depot level/ Modification maintenance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED and typically 3+ years of experience.
WORK HOURS
FULL
TIME/VARIABLE SHIFT
; 1st, 2nd or 3rd - eventually may move to 4x10 (A shift: Sun-Wed, B shift: Wed-Sat).
