As we expand our footprint and serve an increasing customer base, we are seeking driven professionals who are passionate about data, performance, and operational excellence to help fuel our continued success. Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Operations Analyst to support and optimize our authorized Cricket Wireless retail operations. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, enhancing store performance, and enabling data-driven strategies across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce to monitor sales trends, inventory levels, and key operational KPIs. Utilize SQL and advanced data analysis techniques to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets, delivering actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable, efficient solutions. Conduct business analysis to support forecasting, sales planning, and performance tracking across multiple retail locations. Create process maps and data flow visualizations using Visio to support operational transparency and optimization. Support project management initiatives by coordinating deliverables, tracking timelines, and ensuring successful execution of analytics-driven projects. Drive Sales Performance Optimization Analyze key sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), attach rates, and product mix to identify trends and performance gaps. Evaluate sales performance across stores, regions, and product lines to uncover growth opportunities and underperforming areas. Partner with leadership to develop data-driven recommendations that enhance sales effectiveness, optimize promotions, and increase revenue. Deliver insights on customer acquisition trends and sales behaviors to support targeted sales strategies and continuous performance improvement. Qualifications Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce. Strong analytical and business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Experience working with sales performance metrics and forecasting techniques. Knowledge of business intelligence practices, KPI development, and performance optimization strategies. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and project management principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
