Pay Range:
$21-$25/hour (W2) We are actively seeking recent graduates and entry-level professionals to join the Trade Management Operations team within a leading banking and asset management organization. This role is ideal for candidates looking to launch a career in financial operations, trade processing, and risk management . About the
Role:
The Operations team ensures the accurate execution, settlement, and recording of trades across global markets. As an Entry-Level Operations Analyst, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full trade lifecycle while collaborating with traders, technology teams, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement
  • Communicate daily with traders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade-related issues
  • Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues
  • Assist with operational risk mitigation and control processes
  • Analyze workflows and data to help improve processes and scalability
  • Prepare operational reports and support business analysis for management
  • Contribute to projects focused on improving trade capture and operational efficiency
  • Build strong working relationships across teams in a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field)
  • Open to recent graduates and entry-level candidates
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
