Successful candidate will frequently interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite to initiate, track and close out various directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command tasks. Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks Update tasker database, which will be provided to leadership at the end of each day Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packages Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD) Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership council meetings Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules Assist with acquisition planning documents such as acquisition strategies, RFPs and CDRLs Assist with performing market research Other duties as assigned Skills Required Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with two years supporting DoD acquisition programs Recent experience with Space Force/Air Force and expert knowledge of DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Effective communication, planning, budgeting and programming skills to support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics is requiredSecurity Clearance:
