Redmond, WA Technical Skills & Competencies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis Strong customer service skills , with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and relationship management Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Knowledge of Microsoft purchasing and operational processes Experience with finance toolsets , financial tracking, and budget management Experience in supplier and customer engagement Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking, reporting, and data management Experience using Power BI for data visualization and actionable insights Process improvement expertise , including identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions Strong documentation skills (SOPs, reporting, and process documentation) High attention to data hygiene, accuracy, and ongoing data maintenance Understanding of contracts and contractual terms Strong communication skills , with the ability to clearly present complex data, collaborate cross‑functionally, and support supplier and customer interactions Key Responsibilities Facilitate supplier onboarding Manage license acquisition and renewal purchases Perform data tracking and reporting using Azure DevOps (ADO) Oversee budget management for Surface teams Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
