We're ready to take our continuous improvement efforts to the next level! This Role Is Different This is not a support role, this is ownership. You will define the roadmap, lead initiatives, and build a culture where continuous improvement is embedded into how work gets done on the shop floor and beyond. What You'll Lead
  • Development and execution of a company-wide Continuous Improvement strategy
  • Implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen events, and 6S systems
  • Optimization of material flow, plant layout, and production throughput
  • Cross-functional improvements across operations, engineering, quality, and office workflows
  • Training and coaching teams to build sustainable CI capability What You Bring
  • Proven experience building or leading a Continuous Improvement program
  • Strong background in manufacturing (machining, fabrication, welding, assembly)
  • Expertise in Lean tools, Kaizen facilitation, and process optimization
  • Ability to work hands-on (gemba) while influencing leadership
  • Track record delivering measurable results (lead time, productivity, waste reduction) Valued Experience
  • High-mix, low-volume or job shop manufacturing
  • ERP/MRP systems (Epicor or similar)
  • Engineering or technical degree
