Position:
Juneau Station Supervisor, Full-time, Permanent Location:
Juneau, AK Compensation :

As the Juneau Station Supervisor, you'll support daily station operations, help lead the customer service team, and play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

What You'll Do:
Support daily passenger and flight operations Help lead and schedule the customer service team Coordinate with pilots, dispatch, and station staff Assist with training and operational procedures Maintain safety and compliance standards Provide hands-on support wherever needed during busy operations
Schedule:
Full-time, permanent position. Five 8-hour shifts per week. Hours vary seasonally, and weekend/holiday availability may be required since Alaska Seaplanes operates seven days a week.

What We're Looking For:
Airline, aviation, or strong customer service experience Previous leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (Takeflite experience is a plus) Must be at least 18 years and have a valid driver's license Ability to regularly lift up to 60 lbs Authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English Ready to make an impact across Southeast Alaska?
