Position Overview Quantum Commercial Laundry is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Commercial Operations to oversee and manage commercial laundry production operations. This leadership position is responsible for production efficiency, workflow management, staffing oversight, quality control, customer satisfaction, and operational growth support in Anchorage, the Mat-Su Valley, and Fairbanks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in team leadership, production management, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily commercial laundry operations and production workflow Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders Supervise, support, and lead production staff across multiple departments Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement Ensure quality control standards are consistently maintained throughout all production processes Maintain regular communication with customers, drivers, production teams, and management Assist with staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and employee training Develop and implement operational systems and procedures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company safety standards, cleanliness requirements, and operational policies Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules and communicate repair needs with vendors and technicians Track production metrics, workflow performance, labor efficiency, and operational reporting Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Assist with route coordination, inventory management, and supply ordering as needed Collaborate with ownership and management teams to support company growth initiatives Maintain organized operational records, reporting, and scheduling systems Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Ownership Team Qualifications Valid Driver's License required 3-Years of previous operations management or production management experience preferred Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment strongly preferred Commercial laundry, manufacturing, hospitality, or logistics experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient with computers e.g. scheduling software, operational systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Benefits 40 hours PTO after 90 days employment 56 hours Paid Sick Leave 8 paid holidays annually Gas card provided Free use of QLL laundry machines for employees and immediate family Free drip coffee and tea in café Ability to purchase company linens and clothing at cost Travel reimbursement for approved work-related travel and vendor training Business cards and approved company materials provided We look forward to hearing from you!
