Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Supervisor at Webster Fulfillment. As a Supervisor you will work closely with other experienced supervisors to manage all aspects of managing warehouse operations effectively. Here's what a day in your role might look like:

Responsibilities :

Manage and understand the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, and order processing. Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Schedule and organize workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets. Oversee the training of new warehouse employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members. Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Oversee accurate receiving, storage, and management of clients' inventory within our facilities. Monitor day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, and shipments are dispatched efficiently while achieving KPI's.
