Category Administration Position Type Full-Time Overview NaphCare has an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced RN administrative leader to be Director of Jails Operations working remotely out of Florida. We will teach you our proven methods of correctional healthcare as you use our cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system. NaphCare partners with correctional facilities across the nation to provide proactive, patient-focused high-quality healthcare with our teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff. This person will have oversight for multiple facilities located throughout FL and will be instrumental in helping us expand our footprint. Must live in Florida, near at least one NaphCare site.Main responsibilities will include:

disability/veteran Responsibilities- Leadership and mentoring to on-site Administrators with the purpose of providing high quality care.
- Manage budget and financial performance of sites.
- Contract compliance for assigned region.
- Oversight of clinical staffing and scheduling.
- Maintaining positive relationship with physicians.
- Relationship maintenance with clients, which includes acting as liaison between the client and corporate office.
- Assurance of compliance with NCCHC, ACA and professional nursing standards.
- Travel is frequent.
