The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen understanding of hotel management practices, and the ability to foster a positive work environment for staff while ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services. Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality. Oversee guest relations to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service. Coordinate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff. Monitor hotel performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee development. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with revenue management principles and practices in the hotel sector. Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing various operational tasks. Proficient in front desk operations and related software systems.
