The Operations Director will serve as a member of the agency's core leadership team; responsible for the financial, human resources, and operational infrastructure of MC310. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. The candidate must also have good written and oral communication skills and be able to work with agency vendors and stakeholders. MC310 also offers an excellent benefits package.
Job Overview:
Human Resource Functions Financial Management & Accounting Oversee Facility, Vehicle, & Grounds Maintenance Administrative Functions Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field of study from an accredited college or university 3-5 years of professional experience working in accounting, human resources, business administration or related area QuickBooks experience and professional experience working with governmental accounting, nonprofit organizations, and contracts is preferred A valid driver's license and good driving record
