This leadership role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, accurate inventory control, and efficient delivery scheduling. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and supervise facility employees
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and support team development
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleaning schedules, and repair coordination
• Manage front counter sales operations and delivery scheduling
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels, receiving accuracy, and outgoing product accuracy
• Assist with purchasing and inventory ordering while managing costs
• Review payroll hours and schedules to minimize unnecessary overtime
• Complete daily deposits and verify invoices and sales receipts in QuickBooks
• Submit packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase receipts to Accounting within required timelines
• Oversee yard and delivery operations to ensure load accuracy and safety compliance
• Coordinate inventory counts and maintain organized yard operations
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and transportation regulations
• Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company operations Qualifications
• Previous management or operations experience preferred
• Experience in construction supply, pipe supply, logistics, or related industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Must be able to receive a Health Card and maintain it during entire employment
