Full Job Description Job Overview:
The Director of Gaming Operations directs the Game Operations and Game Performance Departments including
MICS/TICS
compliance, financial planning and achievement of financial objectives, service tracking and service goals, executive management presentations and interactions, employee motivation and leadership, and product mix management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the on-going operations of the gaming floor Responsible for the integrity of: End-user data in game related systems, databases and reports Proper performance of gaming devices from financial, service and "uptime" attributes Develops the "Games" department business targets and executes the associated business plans so Wind Creek Hospitality can achieve its revenue, profitability, product mix and guest service strategies Develops and supports a culture and environment that delivers a feeling of belonging and importance for each gaming customer Maintains compliance and corrects deficiencies for MICS, TICS and other regulatory procedures or internal controls Role-models, coaches and develops employees using consistent, approachable demeanor with clearly documented goals and accountability for all employees Creates a culture of fun and empowerment for Games employees including recognizing and rewarding employees Improves the effectiveness and efficiency of department operations through continuous assessment and adjustment of strategies, plans, and work processes Continuously improves the casino layout and game mix to maximize guest satisfaction, guest comfort and revenue Adheres to casino service delivery through WCH Gaming Department processes and standards that include: setting goals and accountability, improving processes, improving employee performance as measured by customer service feedback scores, STM metrics, labor management and other measures as applicable Establishes written quarterly business objectives for direct reports and the Games department, communicates these objectives and results regularly to all property management and Games Department employees; Helps subordinates formulate plans to meet objectives, and creates accountability and responsibility for meeting objectives Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
(please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying ) High School diploma or GED
- required Bachelor's Degree in Related Field AND three (3) years' experience in a Management position
- required OR Seven (7) years' experience in a Management position
- required OR Five (5) years' experience in a Management position with Wind Creek Hospitality
- required Three (3) years in developing and executing business plans and budgets for business units with $50M+ in GGR, expenses or capital expenditures
- required Three (3) years of direct management experience as a Games Department manager or above
- required Experience dealing directly with gaming regulations (MICS and Technical Standards) and technical standards
- required Experience or demonstrated ability in building and presenting business plans or business analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word or similar software tools
- required Proven success with making sound, mature business decisions
- required Knowledge of NIGC gaming regulations (MICS and Technical Standards for Class II Gaming Devices
- required Test and/or presentation may be administered Must have a valid and current State Driver's License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required Willing and able to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Must have the ability to obtain and maintain any applicable license as a requirement for this position Work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday including alternating Friday or Saturday night shifts and willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Willing and able to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
