Job Description

Tailored Foam, Inc. is a commercial insulation contractor specializing in spray foam insulation, masonry wall insulation, and related building-envelope systems. Our teams work on a wide range of commercial construction projects, including schools, medical facilities, along with industrial and retail developments. We partner with general contractors, masonry contractors, and developers to deliver reliable, energy-efficient, and code-compliant installations on active job sites across multiple states. We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Field Operations Manager to lead and grow our field teams through strong training, mentoring, and day-to-day field support. In this key role, you will help ensure installations are done correctly while upholding our standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong leadership and technical skills who enjoys managing and developing teams while improving field performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Train, mentor, and oversee field installation teams to ensure consistent, high-quality work
  • Serve as a technical resource for spray foam and masonry insulation installation methods
  • Develop and improve training programs to increase efficiency, safety, and workmanship
  • Conduct job-site visits, audits, and performance feedback with a coaching first approach
  • Support productivity goals, scheduling, and project timelines
  • Act as a quality and customer-facing point of contact for installation-related concerns
  • Promote compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
  • Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, and compliance
  • Manage field tools, equipment, and material inventory
  • Collaborating with the Division Manager to improve field operations and project delivery
  • Travel regularly to job sites; some overnight travel required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction experience, including direct supervision of field crews
  • Strong understanding of installation practices and safety standards
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop field employees
  • Clear communicator with the ability to lead diverse teams
  • Experience with fleet, equipment, or tool management is a plus
  • Organized, proactive, and skilled at troubleshooting jobsite challenges

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
