HVAC FIELD SERVICE MANAGER
Integrity Services - 3.5 Madison, AL Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year 2 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Management Operational management Driver's License HVAC Full Job Description Manages the field service personnel work force who perform on-site routine services including maintenance, repair & installation of HVAC equipment. Oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Requires at least 3 years' experience in the HVAC field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, both departmentally and individual field service personnel. Performs a variety of tasks. Works with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Reports to the Operations Manager. Must be able to pass a background and drug test and have a satisfactory driving record. Salary (DOE) plus discretionary bonus.
HVAC MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
