Job Description
Director of Market Operations (Business Partner) Are You Ready to Own a Business, Not Just Manage One? If you're an experienced dental operations leader who knows how to drive results through people, influence leaders, and improve profitability, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. We're a rapidly growing dental organization entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a Director of Market Operations (Business Partner) to lead a portfolio of practices and own market-level performance across Alabama. This is not a traditional regional operations role. You'll have full P&L ownership, meaningful autonomy, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to partner closely with a COO committed to developing high-performing leaders. You'll help shape strategy, influence outcomes, and lead practices through growth while building a career path with significant earning potential. What You'll Do Own and drive market-level P&L performance Partner with doctors, office managers, and clinical leaders to improve operational and financial results Develop and coach leaders to achieve growth, accountability, and execution Analyze key business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Lead initiatives that increase revenue, profitability, patient experience, and team engagement Drive accountability across multiple practices while maintaining strong relationships Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of revenue and EBITDA goals Strong leadership development within your market Improved operational efficiency and patient outcomes High-performing, accountable practice leadership teams Sustainable growth across your portfolio What We're Looking For Multi-site healthcare or dental operations leadership experience Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls Proven ability to influence leaders without direct authority Experience coaching office managers, practice administrators, and providers Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution Must be willing to travel across the state of Alabama Preferred Experience Dental Support Organization (DSO) leadership experience Director of Operations, Regional Manager, Area Manager, or similar role Experience leading multiple locations and driving EBITDA growth Why Join Us?
