Branch Manager

Craft and Technical Solutions is a fast-growing Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. Currently, we are looking for a Branch Manager in Pascagoula, MS. Great opportunity for the right person. Competitive Salary with Bonus Potential!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, grow, and manage business and customer base in the defined area of Responsibility. Prepare budget and revenue forecast by client for region annually. Pricing analysis and reporting with consistent follow up through managed weekly reports. Attend off site meetings, job fairs, client functions and other recruitment type opportunities. Develop a pipeline of qualified new customers in your area. New business development and management of current accounts. Ensure staff training and development is a priority based on the direction and vision provided. Work to meet and exceed all compliance requirements for branch locations within assigned region.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred but will consider Associate's Degree or experience in the industry. Must have proven experience as a manager. Minimum of three years related experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resistant to stress. Strong interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skills. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
