Director of Operations Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for overseeing production, project management, labor, safety, and overall operational efficiency. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality while supporting company growth and profitability.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all operational functions, including production, project management, and labor teams Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Oversee job costing, profitability, and overall P&L performance Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and efficiencies Manage fleet operations and ensure proper utilization of company assets Drive a high-level customer experience from project start to finish Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations Develop, mentor, and scale high-performing teams

What We're Looking For:

5-7+ years of operations leadership experience (roofing, construction, or related industry preferred) Proven track record of managing multiple teams and large-scale projects Strong understanding of job costing, financial performance, and P&L management Experience with CRM and project management systems Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong time management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
