Responsibilities Phones & Inbox:
answer fast, set clear expectations, book jobs, and keep messages at zero.
Scheduling/Dispatch:
build efficient daily routes; confirm reminders; reduce no-shows.
Customer Records:
keep contact info, notes, photos, and job details accurate and organized.
Estimates/Invoices/Admin:
prepare simple quotes, take deposits, track receivables, file receipts.
KPI Scoreboards:
update daily/weekly metrics (speed-to-lead, book rate, revenue, AR, reviews).
Hiring Support:
post roles, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, keep pipelines current.
SOPs & Checklists:
document steps, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Tools:
use your smartphone and computer for calling, texting, calendar, photos, and basic spreadsheets. Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years in admin/operations, scheduling, or customer service (home services preferred). Clear communicator (phone, text, and email) with a calm, friendly presence. Organized under pressure; fast follow-through; fanatical attention to detail. Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and simple KPI tracking. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Nice-to-Have Experience coordinating crews/technicians, routing, or field calendars. Light bookkeeping comfort (deposits, receipts, AR follow-up). Process documentation mindset.
