Site Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, and maximizing occupancy rates. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Prepare and manage contracts related to leasing agreements and vendor services. Utilize Rentec Direct software for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests. Coordinate with facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards. Develop marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and increase occupancy rates through effective sales techniques. Maintain accurate files and documentation related to property management activities. Ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations where applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and facilities management principles. Familiarity with Rentec Direct or similar property management software is an asset. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment. A valid driver's license may be required for site visits.
