National Park Medical Center Imaging Supervisor, Acute Location:
1910 Malvern Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901

We're looking for an Imaging Supervisor to guide daily operations, support staff, and help maintain exceptional service standards within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands‑on work with leadership responsibilities and wants to make a meaningful impact on both patients and colleagues. We're seeking a motivated Team Supervisor to support daily operations, guide staff, and help deliver high ‑ quality service in a fast ‑ paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do Oversee daily staffing assignments and workflow Train, coach, and mentor team members Support performance evaluations and corrective actions Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations (including HIPAA) Maintain service quality and assist with staff development Resolve complex issues and customer concerns Step in to perform staff duties when needed Complete additional tasks as assigned What You Bring Associate's degree preferred (experience may substitute) Relevant certifications (BLS, ARRT, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Moderate computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry) Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment Understanding of healthcare compliance and business office standards Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
