Lake House Boat Operations & Maintenance Coordinator (Lake Hamilton)

Lake Property & Boat Operations Manager We are seeking a reliable, hands-on operations manager for vacation rental properties located on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

This role includes:

Managing guest boat and kayak rentals Coordinating pontoon boat operations Preparing boats and equipment between guests Monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repairs Performing light handyman/property maintenance work Supporting vacation rental turnover operations Ensuring properties and waterfront equipment remain guest-ready The ideal candidate is: Dependable and responsive Comfortable around boats and lake environments Mechanically inclined Friendly with guests Organized and proactive Able to work independently Responsibilities Prepare kayaks, paddle boat, and pontoon boat for guests Inspect equipment after use Coordinate maintenance and repairs Handle minor handyman tasks Monitor lake house condition Assist with guest support when needed Help maximize rental readiness and guest experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with boats or marina operations Handyman or maintenance experience Vacation rental or hospitality experience Ability to tow or operate boats preferred Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Flexible schedule. Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
