ABOUT THE ROLE
Seven Peaks Fence & Barn is a growing direct-to-consumer brand in the livestock and equine industry, operating as a centralized fulfillment network across multiple locations. Our systems, processes, and structure are built and guided at the regional level. We need reliable, grounded people to own each location and run it well. The Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Mesa branch runs as it's supposed to, every single day. You're not here to reinvent the wheel. You're here to keep it turning. That means owning your space, supporting your team, solving problems as they come up, and holding yourself to a consistent standard of execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes quiet pride in doing things right. Someone who shows up, stays organized, communicates clearly, and leads a small team with steadiness and accountability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Open and close the location with consistency. The branch runs on your standards. Keep inventory accurate through regular cycle counts and organized yard management Pull, stage, and fulfill customer pickup orders correctly and on time Operate forklifts and ensure equipment is used safely and maintained properly Lead a small team of yard and fulfillment associates with clear expectations and steady accountability Handle walk-in customers and POS transactions with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility every day, not just when someone is watching Problem-solve day-to-day issues and communicate proactively with centralized support teams Follow established systems and flag anything that isn't working so it can be improved
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone dependable, consistent, accountable, and present Experience leading a small team, even informally; you know how to set expectations and follow through. Comfortable working hands-on in a yard or warehouse environment, day to day. Forklift certified, or willing and able to become certified upon hire Organized and detail-oriented, especially around inventory and order accuracy. A clear communicator who doesn't wait to be asked. You flag problems early and solve what you can.
Comfortable using technology:
inventory systems, POS platforms, and basic reporting tools. Someone who takes pride in their space and holds their team to the same standard.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Experience in building materials, fencing, agricultural supply, lumber, or a related industry
Background:
running a branch, yard, or small facility within a larger organization. Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems. Exposure to centralized operations where you coordinated with teams outside your location.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay Rate:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience
Benefits Include:
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Seven Peaks is expanding to multiple locations, supported by a Regional Operations Manager who will help build and refine the systems each location runs on. The Location Manager role is the foundation of that model. People who execute it well, communicate reliably, and lead their teams with consistency will be the first considered as the company grows.
