TEAM LEADER

IMMEDIATELY MUST HAVE
at least 1 year of direct supervisory experience
SCOPE OF POSITION
Coordinate and monitor the activities of a work group or cell within a warehouse facility. Provide on-the-job training as needed. Ensure completion of work and customer requirements while complying with all company quality and safety processes. May provide input to Supervisor or Operations Manager regarding group or individual Inspector performance. Will additionally be responsible for ensuring paperwork and time sheets are completed correctly and submitted, as well as conducting safety talks with direct reports.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Must lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facility Oversee the inspection process, responsible for the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.) Report any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to a Supervisor Participate, support and comply with all health and safety initiatives and requirements Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs Provide on the job training for any new work instructions when applicable Provide input to Supervisor or Manager regarding Inspector performance Report any policy or procedure violations to Supervisor or Manager Must be accountable for all personnel assigned to specific jobs
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to communicate procedures and instruct others Follow instructions and follow through with assigned tasks Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Able to work with minimal supervision Able to stand for long periods of time A high school diploma or equivalent Qualified candidates are encouraged to email a current resume, or call (800) 584 8504 directly to arrange an interview.
