- 52,000 DOE + bonus + mileage About Us The Outside Scoop is a small-batch, from-scratch ice cream company based in Peoria, AZ, serving the greater Phoenix Metro area through mobile trucks, corporate events, catering, fundraising partnerships, and a wholesale freezer program.

What You'll Do Run Day-to-Day Operations Coordinate and support all events: scheduling, paperwork, setup, and post-event follow-up Manage crew scheduling and hours tracking Oversee cash box management, inventory updates, and daily temperature logs Ensure trucks and equipment are event-ready and properly stocked Keep digital menus and A-frame signage current and accurate Lead the Team Coordinate hiring and onboarding for crew positions Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, scoopers, and event staff Set the tone for professionalism and customer experience at every event Grow the Business Build and maintain relationships with community partners, corporate clients, and event organizers Conduct pre

You're energized by growth, not intimidated by it Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities: events, people, logistics, and details all at once 2+ years in operations, event coordination, team leadership, or a similar role, and comfortable with basic admin tools like scheduling software and spreadsheets A genuine people person who takes pride in the community. - 52,000 base salary, depending on experience Performance bonus eligible, paid end of season based on individual and business performance Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate for all business-related driving Pre-approved business expense reimbursement Opportunity to grow with a business that's actively expanding across the Phoenix Metro area Schedule This is a full-time, year-round position.
Events run consistently throughout the year, so reliable availability, including evenings and weekends, is important. This is a field-based role, not a desk job. You'll be out in the community regularly, and that's a big part of what makes it great.
