Primary Responsibilities In this role, your main goal is to keep up with the rapid hiring needs of a global tech leader. You will act as a key partner for hiring managers, helping them find and hire the right people quickly and efficiently. Manage the full hiring process from start to finish, ensuring we meet fast-paced goals while maintaining a high standard of quality. Work closely with managers to understand their specific needs and find the best fit for their teams. Screen, interview, and prepare candidates so they are ready to thrive in a high-tech manufacturing setting. Go beyond standard job boards to find great talent through creative networking and local community outreach in the Phoenix area. Build strong, trust-based partnerships with both the client and our internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Qualifications for Success 3 to 5 years in recruiting. Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, tech, or high-volume professional staffing is a huge plus. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Great communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of a large organization. You are highly organized, can handle multiple deadlines at once, and truly thrive when things are moving fast. You stay calm under pressure and find smart, quick solutions when hiring challenges arise. Comfortable using MS Office, Outlook, and standard recruiting software (ATS). Why Join Randstad?
