Marketing Reports to: VP of Advertising About TDX Investments TDX Investments is a diversified media and marketing company that owns and operates several high profile lifestyle brands, including Inked Magazine and Jetset Magazine. These brands reach highly engaged audiences across print, digital, social, and video platforms, connecting people through culture, creativity, and storytelling. You'll enjoy working in our newly renovated Scottsdale headquarters, which underwent a $2 million plus transformation to create a state of the art creative hub designed to inspire collaboration and innovation. Located directly on the jetway of the Scottsdale Airport, the building includes a private airplane hangar, podcast studio, filming studio, and open collaborative layout that make it an exclusive and inspiring place to work. You'll be joining a team where creative energy meets strategic excellence, contributing to the world of premium media and storytelling. From high end photo shoots and celebrity collaborations to luxury partnerships and live content production, this is a fast moving creative environment where no two campaigns are the same. About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled Creative Strategy Manager to concept, design, and oversee campaigns from proposal through launch. This role blends creativity, strategy, and precision, ideal for someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the discipline of flawless execution. You'll be responsible for developing campaign proposals, crafting creative briefs, directing copy and visuals, and ensuring every project meets brand and performance standards. You'll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing and social media teams, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle from idea to analytics. Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Development Create visually polished proposals for prospects using PowerPoint or Canva Develop campaign concepts, pricing layouts, and article ideas that align with client goals and audience interests Select imagery and write short descriptive text or headlines that bring the concept to life Collaborate with sales reps to finalize and deliver proposals for client presentation Creative Brief and Campaign Direction Build comprehensive creative briefs once campaigns are sold Outline direction for all components including digital articles, email blasts, and social content Provide detailed guidance on copy, image selection, post order, and campaign timing Write social captions, email subject lines, preview text, and other supporting copy as needed Set the tone and creative direction for each campaign to ensure alignment with brand goals Campaign Strategy & Execution Serve as a key creative lead throughout campaign development and execution. Translate sold campaigns into actionable creative plans that can be executed by marketing, web, and social teams Ensure all campaign deliverables align with approved client scope, timelines, and brand standards Collaborate cross functionally with sales, social media, marketing, and production teams to maintain consistency across all campaign touchpoints Assist in developing campaign performance recaps and internal reporting summaries Writing and Editorial Strong editorial sense with the ability to refine digital articles, as well as write social captions and marketing copy that feel natural and engaging Ability to adapt tone and writing style across luxury, lifestyle, tattoo, motorcycle, and entertainment categories Comfortable refining rough drafts and client supplied content into polished editorial quality material Shape tone and structure to align with audience and brand voice Edit and polish content for clarity, flow, and readability Select images for digital articles and provide layout direction to the web designer for visual flow and impact Design and Quality Control Evaluate all creative assets including photos, videos, and graphics for quality and fit Review and approve final deliverables such as articles, emails, and social posts before client presentation or publication Project Management Maintain campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables with internal team members Track all components through approval stages and ensure on time launches Follow up post launch to confirm campaign performance and client satisfaction Qualifications Ability to manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities in a fast paced creative environment Comfortable working with deadlines, revisions, and high volume campaign workflows 5 or more years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, or content management Solid PowerPoint or Canva creative design skills Strong understanding of digital marketing and multi channel campaign strategy Excellent writing, editing, and visual design instincts Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills Experience working in media, publishing, agency, or content driven marketing environments strongly preferred Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off + holidays Ideal Candidate You blend creativity with precision, turning big ideas into campaigns that are both imaginative and flawlessly executed.
