In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily park activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage the overall maintenance and administration of the park. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment where visitors feel valued and cared for, all while driving revenue and maintaining operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality management with outdoor recreation in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily park operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and customer service inquiries. Lead and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring consistent hospitality standards. Manage front desk activities utilizing multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times. Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and optimize park profitability. Coordinate maintenance schedules for park facilities, groundskeeping, and amenities to ensure a safe and clean environment. Handle administrative duties such as budgeting, human resources tasks, and night audit procedures to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven supervising experience in hospitality or resort management environments. Strong background in hotel / rv park management software "YARDI or
RENT MANAGER
" Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources functions within a hospitality setting. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and oversee front desk operations confidently. Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
