Pay, Schedule, and Location $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Schedules are determined by operational volume and regional needs. Weekend availability is required, and facilities may have varied closure schedules depending on client requirements Located in Tolleson, Arizona Duties and Responsibilities Lead daily operations within your department and support cross-functional teams Drive accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment Coach and develop team members while promoting a positive, collaborative culture Resolve discrepancies, support customer satisfaction, and maintain strong communication across departments Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently met Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the company scales Requirements and Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage a diverse team in a high-volume environment Solid computer skills; experience with warehouse systems is a plus A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for operational excellence Experience in warehouse, logistics, or food distribution environments preferred — (Salary range based on experience) —
