Job Description
A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple facilities throughout Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring facility leadership teams, and has a track record of improving operational performance, employee engagement, and resident outcomes. The selected candidate must be based in the Tucson area and able to travel regularly to support facilities within the assigned region. Responsibilities Provide operational leadership and support to multiple healthcare facilities within the region Partner with facility leadership teams to drive performance, accountability, and organizational goals Monitor key operational, financial, and quality metrics and implement improvement strategies Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements Support recruitment, retention, and development of leadership teams Assist with budgeting, labor management, census growth, and strategic initiatives Conduct routine facility visits and provide hands-on operational support as needed Collaborate with corporate departments to ensure consistent execution of company objectives Qualifications Minimum 3 years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience Skilled nursing, post-acute, long-term care, behavioral health, or healthcare operations experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and operational initiatives Ability to effectively lead multiple locations and priorities simultaneously Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Tucson, Arizona Ability to travel extensively throughout Arizona What We Offer Competitive Executive-Level Compensation Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Mileage Reimbursement Professional Growth Opportunities Supportive Executive Leadership Team If you are an experienced healthcare operations leader looking to make a significant impact across multiple facilities, we encourage you to apply.
