Position Title :
FC Operations Manager ■
General Responsibilities :
Customer Service & Issue Resolution  Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and fulfillment operations  Resolve escalated cases such as delays, missing shipments, incorrect deliveries, or damaged goods  Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to resolve issues and provide status updates  Document inquiries and resolution details in internal systems (WMS, OMS, etc.) Cross-functional Communication  Communicate daily operational updates between Korea HQ and the U.S. team  Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently  Serve as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and warehouse operations Fulfillment Center Operations Support  Support daily fulfillment center operations and on-site workflow  Coordinate FC staff tasks and monitor work progress  Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment  Identify operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams ■ Required Qualifications  Experience with WMS, OMS, or customer service platforms preferred  Bilingual in English and Korean required  3-5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations  Understanding of order fulfillment processes, shipping operations, and inventory management  Experience handling customer inquiries, claims, or service issues  Strong problem-solving and communication skills  Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail  Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners  Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not provided) ■ Preferred Qualifications  Strong ownership mindset with a focus on resolving customer issues end-to-end  Interest in warehouse and fulfillment operations and process improvement  Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently between Korea HQ and U.S. teams  Desire to grow with an early-stage U.S. operation in a fast-scaling company
