Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare and facility management, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Baldwin Park, CA & Brea, CA (traveling between both locations) What's the Job? Supervise and direct the plant operations team to ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance. Assist in managing facilities/plant operations, including regulatory adherence, quality assurance, and personnel development. Monitor financial performance related to operational spend and ensure adherence to budgets. Track trends and recommend improvements based on KPI/SLA performance metrics. Support delivery of maintenance projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision. Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities. Strong organizational skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing both technical and administrative staff. Healthcare background or experience in hospitality dealing with engineering plant operations preferred. Ability to interpret procedures, policies, and business practices effectively.
