Job Description:
Hartmann Young are partnered with a disruptive MultiOmics company at the forefront of Single Cell technology. We are seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee and optimise end-to-end business operations within a growing, regulated environment. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, supporting business growth, and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities :
Lead operational functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery across the organisatio n.

Develop and implement operational strategies that support business objectives, growth plans, and product expansio n.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, productivity, quality, and customer outcome s.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational activities with commercial, financial, and strategic prioritie s.

Build, lead, and develop teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of high performanc e.

Monitor operational performance, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting on risks, opportunities, and key business metric s.
Requiremen ts:
10+yrs in operations with a minimum 5yrs in leaders hip.

Proven leadership experience within operations, ideally gained in a regulated manufacturing, life sciences environm ent.

Strong understanding of operational processes including production, supply chain, quality, compliance, and continuous improvem ent.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within growing organisati ons.

Track record of supporting business growth, process development, and the successful introduction or scaling of new products or servi ces.

Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments and balance short-term priorities with long-term objecti ves.
