Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our facilities. This role is vital in managing teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties Oversee daily operational activities across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance per California regulations Lead recruitment efforts including interviewing and onboarding new team members Manage inventory control, purchasing, and stock management to support seamless operations Ensure projects, maintenance activities, and service calls are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs to foster a skilled workforce Assist in developing and improving operational procedures and processes Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Manage and support field technicians, project coordination, scheduling, and service operations Experience 5+ years of operations management experience in a technical, mechanical, electrical, construction, or industrial environment Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing field service or installation operations preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational management systems Experience with parking systems, automation, or electromechanical systems Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams Join our company to lead innovative operations that drive success!
