Job Description- Branch Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at our Sacramento branch. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of timely, safe, and compliant transportation services while maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates empathy in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Recruit, train, and supervise Drivers, Dispatchers, and Schedulers. Provide exceptional customer service; maintain clear communication with clients, medical facilities, and internal teams. Ensure all transport services are timely, safe, and meet regulatory standards. Monitor driver schedules and performance to uphold on-time performance. Collaborate with billing and accounting teams for accurate and timely invoicing. Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies. Prepare for and support both internal and external audits. Oversee van fleet safety, including maintenance and repair coordination. Track, analyze, and report on branch performance metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager, ideally in transportation, logistics, or healthcare. Working knowledge of California Labor Laws (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership skills, with a focus on accountability, team development, and operational excellence.
