Dynasty Employment Solutions is currently hiring an Operations Manager II for a growing food production and meal preparation company. Are you an experienced operations leader looking for an opportunity to make an impact with a fast-growing organization? We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager who can lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment. Pay $85,000 - $100,000 per year Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Food Safety departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance metrics. Lead and develop supervisors and team members to achieve operational goals. Manage staffing levels and scheduling to support business needs. Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements. Track and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare reports and communicate operational performance to leadership. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. 3+ years of operations management, warehouse management, logistics, manufacturing, or food production experience. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience managing labor, scheduling, and performance metrics. Proficiency with reporting tools, operational dashboards, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing, meal preparation, cold storage, or distribution operations. Continuous improvement and process optimization experience.
