This position is ideal for professionals with experience in farming, ranch management, operations, logistics, facilities oversight, program coordination, team leadership, business development, or project management who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments. The Director of Rodgers Ranch will oversee agricultural operations, orchards, facilities, budgeting, student programs, vendor and community partnerships, and the Rodgers Ranch Store while helping develop systems that support efficiency, sustainability, and long-term vision.
