Job Description

Kill Crew is a growing direct-to-consumer apparel brand seeking a Director of Operations to oversee systems, workflows, execution, and operational scalability across the business. This role will work directly with the founder and be responsible for building the systems, processes, and accountability structures that allow the company to scale efficiently. This is not an administrative role. We're looking for a builder, operator, and problem solver who understands how modern e-commerce businesses function and can create operational clarity across inventory, fulfillment, product launches, vendors, marketing initiatives, and internal projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Systems Build and improve company-wide operational systems and processes Create, document, and maintain SOPs Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions Develop workflows that improve efficiency and accountability Establish operational KPIs and reporting systems Continuously improve internal processes as the business scales Project Management Own company-wide project execution Coordinate internal team members, contractors, agencies, and vendors Ensure projects remain on schedule and priorities stay aligned Drive accountability throughout the organization Maintain visibility across major business initiatives Inventory & Supply Chain Oversee inventory planning and forecasting Coordinate production schedules and purchasing timelines Work with suppliers and fulfillment partners Improve inventory management processes Help prevent stockouts and operational disruptions E-Commerce Operations Oversee operational aspects of the Shopify business Coordinate product launches and website updates Ensure inventory, marketing, fulfillment, and customer support remain aligned Monitor operational performance and customer experience Improve systems that support business growth Leadership Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives Translate goals into executable plans Build structure, accountability, and operational discipline Help scale the company while maintaining speed and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of operations experience Experience working within a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products company Strong project management experience Experience building systems, workflows, and SOPs Excellent organizational and communication skills High ownership mentality Strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Apparel industry experience Shopify experience Inventory planning experience Supply chain experience Experience scaling businesses from 7 figures to 8 figures+ Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, EOS, or similar operating systems
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Operational bottlenecks are identified and eliminated SOPs are documented and implemented Product launches run smoothly and predictably Inventory planning becomes more accurate Team accountability improves Communication between departments improves The business becomes substantially more scalable The founder spends less time managing day-to-day operations and more time focused on growth
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
