The Business Manager will manage the Apple Ads Platform Operations team and collaborate with internal and external partners on behalf of the Apple Ads business and its customers. We're looking for a strong leader with integrity and acute attention to detail who would like to play a key role in a fast-paced environment. Description Lead and manage the Apple Ads Platform Operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day supervision Identify and advise on strategic business optimization opportunities to scale operations effectively Build and drive partnerships - both internal and external - to achieve shared goals and desired outcomes Assess operational and business risks, and proactively recommend alternate solutions Establish and maintain feedback loops with internal and external partners to continuously streamline workflows Champion a culture of innovation by seeking new ways to improve products and processes for both the Platform Operation team and the Apple Ads customer Lead support issues by providing data and analysis to Operations, Engineering and Product teams Monitor, analyze, and report on support efforts to key internal partners Elicit feedback cross-functionally from Engineering, Product, Marketing and Data teams on technical requirements for issue resolutions Assist internal Apple teams with policy enforcement and management efforts Promote ongoing education for supported teams on internal tools and products Develop support content and implement training for internal partners Flexible to work on weekends and holidays on rotation Preferred Qualifications Drive effective partnerships that result in win-win solutions An ability to create and revise email communication quickly and articulate the message to partners Ability to resolve team challenges and prioritize workloads Ability to work independently and manage a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment Well organized, with exceptional attention to detail Ability to identify and implement required actions quickly in order to accomplish goals, eliminate roadblocks, and create focus Excellent communication skills (verbal, visual, and written) with the ability to interpret data and communicate clearly and concisely Excel in a dynamic environment and function effectively in the context of ambiguity Self-starter, inquisitive and a propensity to socialize ideas and drive innovation Search/Performance advertising experience is a plus B2B advertising experience is a plus Developer relations experience is a plus Minimum Qualifications Experience (7+ years) in Advertising Operations or similar customer support role Experience (3+ years) managing teams in client service or technical support Flexible to work with partners and teams across multiple time zones Proven track record for effectively managing resources, providing team direction, and scaling support to achieve business milestones Fundamental knowledge of ad operations and ad delivery services Experience reviewing technical requirements documentation Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,600 and $265,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
