This is a salaried position responsible for overseeing multiple client sites, supporting security personnel, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality service and client satisfaction Perform uniform inspections and enforce company standards Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to security officers Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage across multiple sites Respond to call-offs, provide break relief, and cover posts when necessary Attend company and client meetings as required Maintain accurate reports and communicate effectively with management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities Professional appearance and demeanor

Schedule:

Primarily Monday through Friday Hours and days are subject to change based on operational needs

Compensation & Benefits:
