This position works closely with Landscape Account Managers to support production, employee performance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise landscape maintenance crews and crew leaders.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Perform property inspections and identify service issues.
- Support crew training, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and job quality.
- Communicate with Landscape Account Managers regarding crew performance and property needs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and Osha regulations.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
