We specialize in full-service attic solutions including insulation removal, rodent proofing, air sealing, sanitization, and insulation installation.

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage crews, ensure job quality, and optimize efficiency across all projects. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our continued growth. Duties 1. Field Operations Management Oversee daily job scheduling and logistics Coordinate crews, materials, and equipment Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope Monitor multiple projects simultaneously 2. Team Leadership Manage and support field technicians and crew leads Train new employees on company standards and procedures Enforce safety protocols and quality control Maintain high team morale and accountability 3. Quality Assurance Conduct job site inspections (before, during, after) Ensure all work meets AtticGuard standards and California codes Review before/after photos and documentation Resolve any issues proactively 4. Customer Experience Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, expectations, and updates Handle escalations or concerns professionally Ensure every client receives a 5-star experience 5. Process & Efficiency Improvement Identify ways to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase productivity Implement systems for better tracking (CRM, job progress, team performance) Maintain inventory control and supply management 6. Administrative Coordination Work closely with office staff and management Assist with job costing, reporting, and performance tracking Ensure proper documentation for every project Qualifications 3+ years of operations or field management experience (construction, HVAC, insulation, or similar industry preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with CRM systems (Housecall Pro is a plus) Valid driver's license Preferred Experience Background in attic work, insulation, or home services Knowledge of Title 24, HERS, or building codes Experience managing multiple crews in the field Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or gas allowance (if applicable) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join AtticGuard?
