The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily driver operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving driver retention, and maintaining a safe and efficient transportation workforce. Responsibilities Driver Management Supervise and support company drivers on a daily basis. Monitor driver performance, attendance, and productivity. Coordinate driver schedules and route assignments. Address driver concerns and resolve operational issues. Conduct driver coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Driver Recruiting & Onboarding Recruit, interview, and hire qualified CDL and non-CDL drivers. Conduct background checks, MVR reviews, and employment verification. Coordinate drug and alcohol testing requirements. Manage onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Develop strategies to improve driver retention and satisfaction. DOT Compliance & Safety Maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQF). Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD records. Manage driver safety programs and training. Prepare for DOT audits and inspections. Track and resolve compliance violations and safety incidents. Maintain accurate records for drug and alcohol testing programs. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management. Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations. Experience with driver recruiting and retention. Familiarity with ELD systems and HOS compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software. Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred.
