Recruitment & Enrollment:
Manages Student Recruitment & Enrollment HR & Payroll Accounting & Budget Manages school budget, cash flow and purchasing Maintaining monthly budget & spending spreadsheets, reporting to BOD, assist with annual budget planning Responsible for bill and account management Tuition & Fees- manages tuition & fees collection Financial Aid
- manages FA distribution and maintenance Admin Support
- Provides direct support to leadership and ensures daily operations run smoothly, including, but not limited to Supports teacher evaluations and instruction. Student discipline Student behavior support plans Coordinates with facilities director for maintenance and facility issues, Oversees school safety and scheduling of safety checks Programs
- Manages research, execution and planning of school programs Schedules/Calendars
- Creates and maintains school schedule and calendars
