We design, manufacture, and sell premium vehicle protection products such as car covers, seat covers, and floor mats across our Shopify Plus storefront and major marketplaces. We're a performance-driven team that combines data, technology, and creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustained growth. About the Role We're looking for a Growth Operations Coordinator to support our Growth Manager as our growth function expands across new channels, markets, and initiatives. This role is the right hand of the Growth Manager, coordinating projects, supporting website experimentation, managing reporting cadences, and helping execute special growth initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is naturally organized, comfortable with technology, curious about digital marketing, and ready to grow into broader growth marketing responsibilities. You'll work across analytics, project management, light technical execution, and cross-functional coordination, getting exposure to every aspect of how a modern DTC brand grows. What You'll Do Project Management & Coordination Manage growth team project pipelines using ClickUp or similar tools, keeping tasks moving, deadlines visible, and blockers surfaced Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between marketing, engineering, creative, and operations teams Run weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status updates Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions Website & Test Execution Support minor website updates and content changes on Shopify Plus Help set up and monitor A/B tests, landing page experiments, and conversion optimization initiatives Assist with QA across browsers and devices Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure timely launch of growth experiments Reporting & Analysis Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards Pull data from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and other tools Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data Prepare reports and insights for the Growth Manager and leadership Special Growth Projects Support new market launches, channel expansions, and product launches Research competitors, tools, and growth opportunities Help with ad hoc growth experiments, from a new affiliate program to a customer survey to a landing page test Build operational workflows that scale as the company grows Required Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in software project management, growth operations, marketing operations, or similar Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies Proficiency in at least one project management tool: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, Pivotal Tracker, Aha!, or similar Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals such as conversion rates, ROAS basics, email marketing, and social media (you don't need to be an expert) Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or screen recording platforms Experience working in eCommerce (any level, any role) Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools (bonus: experience using Projects, Custom GPTs, or similar workflows) Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, enough to make small content edits or read code Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms What Success Looks Like in This Role At 30 days: You've mastered our project management workflows, can independently pull standard reports, and have built relationships with key team members across departments. At 90 days: You're running weekly growth standups, managing the growth project pipeline end to end, and have shipped your first independent test or experiment. At 6 months: You're a trusted operator the Growth Manager can hand off entire initiatives to.
