Hospitality and Market Assistant

Quivira Vineyards is a 100-acre, CCOF-certified organic estate in Dry Creek Valley, where wine, farming, food, and hospitality come together in a way that is drawing increasing attention across Sonoma County and beyond. We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and motivated individual to join our team in a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into something much more. This position is ideal for someone who wants more than a job, you want to learn, be challenged, and gain real, hands-on experience inside a fast-moving, highly respected wine and hospitality program. You will work alongside a deeply experienced team and be exposed to all facets of the business, from farmers markets and guest experiences to culinary programs, events, and the day-to-day rhythm of an organically farmed estate. What You'll Do Support our weekly farmers market presence (Tuesdays and Saturdays required) Assist with setup, service, and guest engagement at market and on-site Participate in evening dinners, events, and weekend experiences Help with light kitchen prep and food service alongside our culinary team Provide general support across hospitality, events, and operations Learn the fundamentals of wine service, organic farming philosophy, and guest experience Who You Are Positive, driven, and ready to roll up your sleeves Naturally curious and eager to learn Flexible and available for evenings and weekends Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Hospitality, food, or wine experience is a plus (not required) Strong communication skills and basic tech comfort Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule & Pay Part-time to start (Tuesdays and Saturdays required) Evening and weekend availability essential Opportunity for expanded hours and long-term growth

Pay:
