Our client, a global logistics and freight forwarding company, is looking for an Air Export Operations Agent to join their team in Inglewood, CA. In this role, you will support air export operations by processing documentation and managing invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Air Waybills (AWBs) accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and manage export documentation and ensure proper filing Handle email follow-up and correspondence with clients, vendors, and overseas offices Process invoices and ensure billing accuracy Maintain organized records and support overall operational workflow
Requirements:
Prior administrative or operations experience preferred Experience in logistics, air freight, or freight forwarding is a plus but not required

Tuesday
- Friday, 1:00 PM
- 10:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM
