We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider. We offer products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Microgrids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. JOB SUMMARY
As a Building & Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the company's operational infrastructure, facilities, logistics, field support operations, and administrative systems to ensure the organization runs efficiently on a daily basis. This role serves as a key operational leader between executive management, office staff, vendors, and field foremen. Responsibilities include managing company facilities, overseeing insurances and renewals, supporting construction crews and field operations, managing PPE logistics, coordinating vendors, and implementing operational procedures that support company growth and efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across both office and field environments while improving communication, accountability, and organizational processes throughout the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations for our office, warehouse, and field operations Manage building operations including HVAC, plumbing, repairs, maintenance, security systems, and vendor coordination Serve as the primary operational liaison between executive leadership, office staff, project managers, and field foremen Manage company insurances, renewals, licenses, permits, registrations, and compliance documentation Coordinate logistics and operational support for construction crews across active job sites Oversee company operations including maintenance, tracking, registrations, insurance, and driver coordination Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of PPE, tools, office equipment, and operational supplies Support onboarding logistics including account setup, equipment assignment, and operational coordination for new hires Coordinate IT and operational software support including computers, user accounts, software licensing, and vendor management Develop and improve operational procedures, workflows, and organizational systems Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, maintenance providers, and external service partners Support scheduling, travel coordination, company events, and executive operational needs Maintain organized filing systems, operational records, and tracking documentation Assist with operational budgeting, purchasing approvals, and expense tracking Support safety compliance initiatives and company operational standards Track operational performance and recommend process improvements to leadership Train and support administrative and operational staff as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5 years of experience in operations management, construction operations, facilities management, or a related field Strong understanding of logistic, vendor coordination, and operational workflows Experience managing company insurances, compliance documentation, and operational records Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
